Membership Management System:
Most park districts with have various types of memberships available. ParkPro was designed to accommodate any type of membership structure your park district may need. Flexibility is the key to servicing your entire community and ParkPro’s membership system delivers.
Multiple Membership Types:
There are many situations in which a park district has a multitude of options for the various types of memberships. A one year membership may include a one year individual membership, a one year family membership, a one year student membership, a one year senior membership or a one year senior family membership. Having so many options for one type of membership can create a confusing environment for the operating staff. ParkPro has created a way of incorporating all these options into one membership type. All you need to do is select the membership type you want to sell and then select the criteria that matches the customer that would like to purchase it.
In addition packages may be added to a membership, this might include a package for the pools, or child care. These packages are checked when you are selling a membership, the amount is added and the payment is made all in one transaction. In addition all memberships may be renewed online or at the park district. Unit based, time based and a combination membership type that includes a both time and unit based options.
Membership Card Creator and Logger:
When creating a membership you are able to assign a particular card type. ParkPro has a built in card designer that allows you to create custom cards for whatever application you may need. These cards will have a barcode associated with the user; there is no need to print new cards as you update their membership record in ParkPro the information will be processed using the same barcode number. The verification of their memberships is handled through the membership logger.
The membership logger is versatile in that it can be setup to run specific membership types, or memberships for specific locations. If there are multiple membership types available to a location, the memberships will come up as options to be selected by the member. Once they scan the system will log their visit, if it is a unit based membership it will deduct one unit from their membership. This creates a complete history which will allow you to print out various membership reports on your membership activity.
Summary:
Memberships are a critical part of most park district operations. ParkPro has developed a system that will increase participation and facility usage. The easy to use design creates a more streamlined process for your staff and your community.
