Packages and Multiple Payments:
ParkPro was designed to take into account the every changing structure of programs within a Park District and the many options a particular program may have available. To accommodate this we have built a unique system for creating program packages and setting up multiple payment schedules.

Program Packages:
ParkPro has the ability to create additional options for a program, we call these options packages. Packages might be any number of additional registration options, they may include Before Care and After Care programs; they may just include the purchase of program materials. Whatever the scenario you have the ability to accommodate it. This is also true for memberships, where you might have an aerobic package available with a particular membership sign-up or child care services can be added on to the overall monthly fee. These packages are easily added through the Cash Register interface and Online Registration system.

Multiple Payments:
ParkPro has a system for accommodating multiple payment programs. This system is very flexible and may be applied to any program or membership. When you setup a payment plan within a program you are given a number of options. First you will create the number of payments, once the number of payments is entered and submitted a list of those payment options will come up. You will now have the ability to set the payment amount for each payment and the date that it is due. There is also the option to enter in a late payment date. Anything entered in after this late payment date will be considered a late payment and you may associate a late fee with that date. Packages may also have payment plans if necessary.

These set dates will automatically generate invoices that will be delivered via email. ParkPro will also have a list of generated invoices so that you can print and mail them if necessary. When they receive the invoice they will have the ability to pay the invoices online.

Summary:
Packages make it easier to structure your program and membership offerings. They give you the ability to associate the right information for each program to your potential participants. ParkPro’s multiple payments system allows your park district to keep up with invoicing and collect on outstanding revenue more quickly. All of this will directly affect the bottom line of your operations improving overall efficiency within your organization.
