Tiered Administration System:
ParkPro has incorporated a tiered administration system that allows you to distribute the administrative work load across the entire organization. There are a multitude of administrative activities that need to be performed at each level of any organization; Park Districts have a unique business model. A lot of the staff that help administrate a various programs may be Part Time, Seasonal Part Time, and Volunteer. To accommodate this ever changing operational environment we have established online management tools that allow these individuals to manage their particular area of responsibility in their specific programs. Here is a sample breakdown of ParkPro’s Tiered Administrative System:
Level 1 (Organization Administrators)
The top level of administrative access allows full access to Users, Program Management, Memberships, Financial Reports, Organization News, Program News, Organization Events, and Program Events. At this level you have the ability to create, view and edit anything within the organization. In addition the Organization Administrators can setup administrative rights for other individuals within the organization.
Level 2 (Program Administrators)
The 2nd tier administrators are given administrative access to specific programs they are in charge of. They can only view and edit the programs they have been given permission to do so on. These individuals have the ability to update Program Specific News, Program Specific Events and update and edit any other information within the program that the Organizational Administrators have given them access to.
Level 3 (Instructor/Coach Administrators)
These individuals have the ability to view their particular class or team. They can send out emails to their registrant list, but do not have the ability to edit user information. They may also update Team/Class Events and Team/Class News.
Level 4 (General Users)
Households will have permissions to view, and edit the information pertaining to their particular household. They are also able to view news and events that are pertinent to the programs their household is involved in.
Summary:
As you can see, each level of administrative access allows individuals to update and view the information pertinent to their particular role within your organization. Although I have given the four basic administrative levels within ParkPro there are a number of specific administrative permission controls that you can modify at each level. All of these can be managed from the On-Site or Off-Site, improving overall communications with your community and establishing a more pleasurable experience for those participating in the services you offer.
