Tiered Administration System:
ParkPro has incorporated a tiered administration system that allows you to distribute the administrative work load across the entire organization. There are a multitude of administrative activities that need to be performed at each level of any organization; Park Districts have a unique business model. A lot of the staff that help administrate a various programs may be Part Time, Seasonal Part Time, and Volunteer. To accommodate this ever changing operational environment we have established online management tools that allow these individuals to manage their particular area of responsibility in their specific programs.

Automated Communication Tools:
ParkPro's 'Automated Communications Tools' were designed to increase program participation and facility usage. Our philosophy was developed from an interested perspective by individuals that have participated as Program Directors, Family Participants, Program Instructors, Coaches and Officials. From this experience we found that getting updated information on a consistent basis to all people affected by upcoming events, news or general modifications to existing events and news was a challenge when working with volunteer and seasonal part time staff. There are two main features in our communications tools, the Park District web site and email.
